Represented the Claimant in the case of Ng Tsorng Chinn v Vijaykumar Nanalal Shah [2012] SGHC 55, succeeding in one of the last cases involving the laws of adverse possession in Singapore.

Represented the Respondent in the case of Tan Boon Heng v Lau Pang Cheng David [2013] SGCA 48, in which we successfully resisted the appeal by the insurers to reduce the damages awarded. In so doing, the Court of Appeal also laid down the guiding principles and the appropriate standard when an award of damages may be reversed by a higher court on appeal.

Represented the Respondent in Huber's Pte Ltd v Hu Lee Impex Pte Ltd [2024] SGHC 230 in resisting an application against the creation of a temporary easement for the purposes of construction works. This was the first application in Singapore made pursuant to section 97A of the Land Titles Act.

Represented the Claimant in a High Court action for the difference in sale price and damages when a purchaser pulled out of a transaction for the sale and purchase of JTC industrial property, and successfully obtained judgment in the sum of close to SGD 2 million.

Acted for a Taiwanese company in an international arbitration under the SIAC Rules, and successfully resisted a counterclaim for over USD 2 million.

Acted for a commodities trading company in an arbitration under the SIAC Rules for a claim of approximately SGD 1 million, and successfully obtained an award for the full claim sum.
